Liaise with business stakeholders to understand the Project's impact on service delivery, identify financial implications, and define the approach in coordination with the buyer responsible for the contract, where applicable
Analyze contracts to determine the complexity level of required actions
Inform the relevant buyers and managers
Escalate any potential blockers to the appropriate buyers
Request further escalation if necessary
Provide status reporting of the mapping in a consolidated XLS summary
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Contract Law / Business Law
1 to 5 years of professional experience in a generalist legal role focused on contract law
Experience negotiating supplier/vendor contracts, gained within an in-house legal department and/or a legal consultancy or law firm
Business-level English proficiency
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and drafting/writing ability
Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and responsiveness are essential for success in the role
