Role Overview
- Identify and collect relevant business contacts
- Liaise with business stakeholders to understand the Project's impact on service delivery, identify financial implications, and define the approach in coordination with the buyer responsible for the contract, where applicable
- Analyze contracts to determine the complexity level of required actions
- Inform the relevant buyers and managers
- Escalate any potential blockers to the appropriate buyers
- Request further escalation if necessary
- Provide status reporting of the mapping in a consolidated XLS summary
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Contract Law / Business Law
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in a generalist legal role focused on contract law
- Experience negotiating supplier/vendor contracts, gained within an in-house legal department and/or a legal consultancy or law firm
- Business-level English proficiency
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and drafting/writing ability
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and responsiveness are essential for success in the role
