Manage all aspects of in-house litigation support from start to finish
Independently develop strategy and manages, from start to finish, lawsuits and subpoena responses on behalf of the Company
Proactively identify and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential litigation
Select, direct, and work collaboratively with fit-for-purpose outside counsel to deliver most favorable results for the enterprise
Collaborate with other legal departments, Finance, Internal Audit, and Risk Management teams and other functions to provide capable legal support
Develop and effectively manage budgets
Handle other responsibilities delegated by the Vice President of Litigation

JD from an accredited law school
Current bar admission in good standing required
Minimum of ten (10) years combined relevant experience at a law firm and in-house legal department
Strong litigation background with knowledge of all pre-trial, trial, and post-trial work
Preference will be given to those with experience in life sciences companies
