Drive complex technological programs to meet company objectives
Ensure alignment of the technical program with the business context
Operate at a system-level, tailoring the approach to the unique context and needs of each program
Manage the program execution from inception to completion
Support the product roadmap planning process
Take ownership of program-level technical risks
Act as a communications liaison between technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in software engineering and software architecture
Proven experience in leading teams through complex projects
Deep understanding of modern project management methodologies, and best practices, including systems thinking and evidence-based management
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills
Ability to effectively handle conflicts and find solutions
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends
Strong interpersonal skills for fostering positive relationships.
