Role Overview
- Lead a team of 12 employees through monthly close deadlines
- Ensure accurate financial information is reported to the group within required deadlines
- Ensure plant directors and Finance Business Partners have the relevant information needed for sound decision-making
- Finalize and drive the department roadmap in line with the group's organizational projects and local legal requirements
Requirements
- Master's degree (equivalent to Bac +5), Business School and/or Master's in Finance/Management Control
- 15 years' experience in Management Control, including 5 years as a Management Control Director, with team management experience
- Experience in industrial, matrix and international environments
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, cost accounting and consolidation principles
- High proficiency with MS Office tools, specifically Excel
- Fluent in English
