Take on (partial) project management responsibilities, both on-site at client locations and internally as an interface to various business units

Several years of experience as a consultant in sales/pre-sales
Solid knowledge and experience in AI, machine learning and generative models, including practical experience applying AI models and algorithms such as OpenAI
Completed degree (Data Science, Business Informatics or equivalent)
Programming skills in Python, Java, C#, Node.js or a similar language
At least one year of experience in developing AI strategies and solutions
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Very good German and English language skills (at least B2+/C1)
Swiss citizen or long-term resident in Switzerland
