Serve as an operational partner to the Lead Merchandiser.
Ensure product information, costing, and setup details are accurate and complete while following established processes and Preferred Supplier Agreements.
Research and source high-quality, on-trend promotional and retail-style products.
Build curated product assortments aligned with brand objectives.
Develop new merchandise concepts and seasonal collections.
Create compelling mockups and presentation materials.
Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements.
Prepare professional proposal decks and product presentations.
Research new product and expansion opportunities.
Identify ways to strengthen assortment and revenue performance.
Monitor inventory levels and manage reorders.
Place and track supplier orders using proprietary systems.
Maintain accurate product listings.
Resolve issues proactively and improve workflows.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or any related field.
1-3 years of experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or product support roles preferred
Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
Strong merchandising instincts and product judgment
Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, retail, or e-commerce preferred
Experience with Shopify or similar platforms preferred, not required
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with suppliers and managing timelines
Willing to leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and creative output
