Paid Social Manager

Role Overview

• Planning, implementing, managing and optimizing paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads
• Analyzing and interpreting relevant KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate
• Developing data-driven optimization approaches and strategies to improve performance
• Taking ownership of client projects or independent workstreams within our project teams
• Preparing for, conducting and following up on client meetings
• Ongoing communication with clients via email, calls and coordination meetings
• Structured management of to-dos, timelines and next steps in day-to-day project work
• Close collaboration with the team on strategy, execution, testing and learnings
• Coordination of creatives, reporting and feedback within your project teams
• Clean reporting and transparent presentation of results and recommendations

Requirements

• Experience in paid social
• Strong knowledge of the Meta Ads Manager
• Understanding of performance metrics and a data-driven working approach
• Interest in taking responsibility for your own topics and projects
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working, with a good sense for prioritization and project organization
• Confident client communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team and driving projects forward efficiently together
• Basic understanding of project management and prioritization
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Awork, Pipedrive, Brevo or similar is a plus (not required)
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
