Own the regional portfolio strategy across APAC, defining where to play and how to win across positioning, product opportunities, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels
Translate consumer, market, and business insights into clear product strategies and actionable product briefs
Partner with global R&D teams to initiate new product development, including defining target consumers, business cases, and key product specifications
Define product marketing direction by guiding core messaging, claims, and asset requirements in collaboration with marketing teams
Lead end-to-end regional product launches, from ideation and consumer validation through to market rollout
Drive consumer and product research initiatives to continuously refine product, pricing, and positioning strategies
Own portfolio lifecycle management across the region, including product launches, upgrades, and phase-outs
Lead high-impact strategic projects to improve category performance, including P&L, product ratings, and portfolio efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
7+ years' of experience in product management, portfolio strategy, consumer insighting or category leadership
Proven expertise in 4P strategy development and execution
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen with ability to interpret consumer insights and market trends
Demonstrated success in stakeholder management: leading cross-functional and regional projects and product launches
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of consumer behavior, segmentation, and positioning
Results-driven, innovative, and highly organized
