Role Overview
Support the delivery of the firm’s regulatory compliance framework across multiple jurisdictions.
Assist with the preparation, review and submission of regulatory returns, filings and notifications, ensuring accuracy and robust audit trails.
Maintain and update regulatory compliance policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate governance, version control and approvals.
Support the production of compliance reporting for Boards and Committees, including data collation, quality checks and narrative inputs.
Coordinate and consolidate compliance inputs from cross‑functional teams to support regulatory and governance reporting.
Provide operational support to the AMLCO governance framework, promoting consistency and alignment across jurisdictions.
Track remediation actions, audit findings and governance actions, and support ad hoc compliance projects and regulatory change initiatives.
Requirements
Experience within regulatory compliance, governance or risk in a regulated financial services, fiduciary or TCSP environment.
Exposure to regulatory reporting, regulatory returns and compliance governance activities, with a working knowledge of AML/CFT obligations and AMLCO frameworks.
Strong governance and reporting skills, including supporting Board and Committee reporting and working within formal approval and documentation standards.
Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to manage and interpret complex information accurately.
Effective stakeholder management skills, with confidence coordinating across multiple teams and challenging information where needed.
Clear and professional written communication skills, with the ability to structure information for senior audiences.
Well organised, accountable and comfortable managing multiple deadlines and deliverables.
Motivated to develop technical regulatory knowledge and expertise.
Relevant compliance, regulatory or governance qualifications (e.g. ICA, ACAMS or equivalent) would be desirable, but is not essential.
