Role Overview
Verify insurance coverage details and update internal case files accurately.
Update attorneys and paralegals on case progress, issues, and findings.
Send letters of representation and support post intake case development.
Manage medical provider billing to ensure accuracy and proper processing.
Handle documentation, maintain organized case files, and follow up on missing or incomplete records.
Request, follow up on, and track medical records from healthcare providers and facilities.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining ongoing communication.
