Attend and represent the company at major North American affiliate marketing conferences, expos, and webinars to expand the business network.
Identify and close strategic partnership deals with high-potential stakeholders in the U.S. and Canadian performance marketing ecosystems.
Manage a portfolio of North American affiliate accounts, ensuring top-tier service, engagement, and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams (BI, compliance, operations, and product) to ensure seamless integration and performance tracking for North American partners.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing strategic accounts or partnerships.
Strong hands-on experience in the North American market (U.S. and Canada).
Proven background in business development with measurable growth results.
Experience in the adult traffic/performance marketing industry.
Ability to scale quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
High resilience, ownership mindset, and strong negotiation skills.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
