About this role
Role Overview
- Act as the liaison between our clients and our technical teams
- Responsible for the entire service lifecycle, from requirements through to operation
- Coordinate, manage and monitor our services and service agreements
- Support customers personally and with genuine service commitment
- Maintain an ongoing, needs-based dialogue with customers
- Ensure transparent and meaningful reporting
- Coordinate and oversee responses to business-critical incidents
- Lead small to medium-sized projects and coordinate the overall project portfolio
- Identify operational optimization opportunities and actively shape the services
Requirements
- Degree or diploma as a (Business) Computer Scientist (HF) or an equivalent qualification
- Solid experience in IT service management, IT pre-sales, or IT project management, ideally in a managed services environment
- Deep understanding of infrastructure, outsourcing and cloud services, and experience in service delivery management
- Strong methodological skills in project management and presentations, and a solution-oriented, systems-thinking approach
- Hands-on mentality with a proven ability to deliver results
- Excellent communication skills in German (native or at least C1) and English (at least B2)
