About this role
Role Overview
Drive the execution of the corporate operating plan
Oversee financial forecasting
Provide deep business analysis that supports executive management and key strategic initiatives
Serve as a trusted business partner, delivering insightful reporting and financial intelligence
Analyze business trends and risks/opportunities to develop key insight reporting for executive management with recommended action plans
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and board reporting materials
Oversee forecasting of all financial statements, incorporating constant currency and inflation impact analysis
Develop, enhance, and maintain sophisticated financial models to support long-range planning
Guide and support FP&A and CFO organization teams
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
Manage month-end close process, including executive reporting packages
Manage and develop a team of finance professionals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related discipline
Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, strategy, or investment banking; prior leadership experience required
Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level reporting within a complex business environment
Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable business recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional finance teams
Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with a focus on continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
