Role Overview
- Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of GHG emissions data (Scopes 1, 2, and 3).
- Maintain and enhance GHG inventory processes.
- Support enterprise-wide sustainability reporting and disclosures.
- Identify, develop, and execute decarbonization initiatives.
- Build business cases to secure support for emissions reduction projects.
- Apply project management practices for cross-functional climate initiatives.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and trends in climate disclosures.
- Partner with Senior Director of Lab Operations to develop sustainability strategies.
- Develop presentations for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder engagement for ESG discussions.
- Partner with teams to drive sustainability and CSR projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet sustainability milestones.
- Manage the company’s charitable giving and donation matching program.
- Support integration of sustainability and CSR goals across departments.
- Enhance sustainability data collection for accuracy and audit readiness.
- Contribute to annual reporting and ESG ratings responses.
- Recommend innovative approaches to improve sustainability performance.

- Support employee resource groups to drive participation in sustainability initiatives.
- Support and enhance sustainability data collection systems.
- Contribute to annual reporting and ESG ratings disclosures.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights.
