Joining sales calls with merchants to understand their business and technology stack
Creating and communicating solutions that align merchants' needs and goals to our marketing offering
Driving sales by assisting in qualifying and closing deals from a technical standpoint, collaborating with sales and development partners
Becoming a subject matter expert on the DoorDash Advertising product suite, including campaign performance and upsell opportunities
Creating and delivering customized performance reviews, product demos, and proof of concepts
Influencing the product roadmap by aggregating merchant feedback calls
Requirements
2 years of sales engineering, sales consultant, value engineer, pre-sales solution consulting, or related roles experience
Experience writing SQL queries involving one or more joins for data retrieval and analysis
Previous experience with Ad-Tech, Advertising Products or Models including campaign metrics; value analyses and financial metrics (e.g., CPA, incremental sales lift, lifetime value uplift, return on ad spend) for different ad products/features
