You proactively communicate with Customer Success and customers to understand requirements and explain solutions clearly.
You use a modern development stack including AI to develop and implement solutions efficiently.
You support feature adjustments and technical optimizations of our platform (Frontend: Angular, Backend: Ruby on Rails).

You have programming experience (e.g., through studies, projects, or internships).
Ideally experienced in Ruby (on Rails), JS frontend frameworks (such as Angular), RESTful APIs, and SQL databases (such as Postgres).
You have strong communication skills and can explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., customers, Customer Success).

You are highly self-motivated and enjoy working independently.
