Meet and exceed volume and profit objectives, maintaining relationships with appointed agents.
Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring others and supporting special projects.
Analyze sales performance data and market trends for growth opportunities.
Solicit new agencies and manage virtual agent relationships.

4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Customer Service, Insurance Product Knowledge, Relationship Building, Sales, Sales Performance.
