Ensure effective project planning and control using standardized workflow packages and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Implement and adhere to Vestas management systems, including the Construction Project Execution Manual, as well as HSE and Quality standards
Support the optimization of project schedules, deliverables, and overall execution efficiency
Drive the rollout and implementation of newly developed installation concepts
Provide support to internal stakeholders and coordinate resource planning in line with contractual requirements
Continuously monitor project progress, budget, risks, and performance, ensuring timely and high‑quality reporting and documentation
Support the Engineering Change Request (ECR) Board and contribute to structured change management processes

Project management or civil engineering degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in a similar role
Solid understanding of crane operations, site activities, and associated procedures
Experience in vessel operations and vessel management
Solid knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements and best practices
Background in quality assurance and adherence to standards
Experience with contractual negotiations and understanding of contract terms
Strong financial awareness, process understanding, and proficient IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
Fluency in English and German
