Ensure the closing and surpassing of annual order intake targets by guiding and supporting colleagues throughout the sales cycle, including prospect identification, tendering, deal optimization, and contract negotiation and closure
Maintain close relationships with customers by building trust, understanding their business cases, and delivering tailored value propositions that meet their needs
Act as a central coordinator, facilitating communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders to develop robust business cases
Monitor market trends, customer activities, and competitor strategies, and share relevant insights with sales managers and team members to enhance overall performance
Consistently contribute to the development and refinement of Vestas’ commercial strategy to promote sustainable growth and market leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field
Extensive experience in Sales, Commercial Sales, or Business Development, within the renewable energy sector or other project-based industries
Skilled in negotiating complex technical contracts with a thorough understanding of contract terms and conditions
Skilled in identifying and engaging relevant business stakeholders to promote collaboration and positive outcomes
Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
