Senior Manager, Organic Social

Role Overview

• Develop and evolve our social strategy and content calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the broader content roadmap
• Lead the creative briefing and workflow process, collaborating with content, design, and clinical teams to bring compelling stories to life
• Build and manage an organic-first influencer program end-to-end
• Balance evergreen brand storytelling with trend-responsive content
• Own social reporting and testing
• Develop our community management approach
• Partner cross-functionally across Clinical, Product, Operations, and Patient Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading organic social media strategy with a track record of audience growth and measurable impact
• Proven end-to-end ownership of influencer campaigns and partnerships
• Deep fluency in organic social performance metrics and social media management tools (e.g., Vista Social, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, or similar)
• Strong strategic instincts paired with hands-on execution skills
• Exceptional communication skills and sound judgment around brand voice, accuracy, and compliance.
• Strong writing skills with an ability to adapt tone and format across platforms
• Experience working in digital health, a regulated industry, or another trust-driven consumer category
• Familiarity with paid social, SEO, PR, or events and how organic social integrates across those channels.
