Provide daily support for the SAP IBP and SAP PPQM modules, including troubleshooting, incident resolution and user support.
Work together with business stakeholders to understand planning, production and quality requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions.
Configure and maintain SAP IBP features such as demand planning, supply planning and inventory optimization.
Support SAP PPQM processes, including production orders, material master data, quality inspections and batch management.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for systemic issues.
Develop and maintain functional documentation, such as specifications, test scripts and user guides, following Incident and Change Management processes.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and key stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with SAP Basis, ABAP and other functional consultants to ensure integration, stability and performance of the environment.
Stay up to date on SAP best practices, new functionality and market trends.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP and PPQM modules.
Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, production processes and quality management.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA On-Premise or Private Cloud, particularly with the PPQM module.
Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA.
Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP CPI, SAP Data Services (DS) or other middleware platforms.
Experience with ITIL methodology and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW), Xurrent or Jira.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments.
Advanced/Fluent English (required).
