Translate ambiguous business and stakeholder needs into structured measurement plans, event frameworks, tracking requirements, implementation designs, and actionable recommendations.
Own and guide event design, tagging architecture, consent-aware tracking behavior, QA strategy, and platform configuration needed to support reliable and scalable measurement.
Establish and reinforce best practices for measurement plans, event naming conventions, parameter logic, data layer requirements, tracking documentation, and validation processes.
Lead implementation audits and identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve measurement quality and consistency.
Serve as a senior partner to client and internal stakeholders by advising on measurement implications, implementation tradeoffs, data collection strategy, privacy considerations, and instrumentation priorities.
Collaborate with Data Analysts, CRO Analysts, SEO / GEO Specialists, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers, and Architects to align measurement solutions with reporting needs, platform realities, and business objectives.
Review and improve existing implementations to increase clarity, scalability, consent compliance, consistency, and usefulness.
Support proposal work, capability building, and internal thought leadership where measurement expertise is needed.
Model strong governance discipline by reinforcing privacy, consent, data-quality, and implementation-standard expectations across engagements.
Requirements
Deep working knowledge of digital measurement, event tracking, tagging strategy, and analytics implementation.
Strong ability to define measurement approaches, event frameworks, and instrumentation strategies in complex business environments.
Advanced skill in translating technical tracking concepts into clear, business-relevant recommendations for stakeholders.
Strong understanding of tag management, data layers, consent behaviors, cookie governance, and customer event flows.
Strong troubleshooting and systems-thinking skills across platforms, implementations, and downstream data dependencies.
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations and bring structure to loosely defined measurement needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including executive-level presentation and stakeholder management capability.
Ability to influence without direct authority and elevate the quality of delivery across teams.
Strong attention to detail while balancing speed, practicality, and business usefulness.
Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams in the Americas and across multiple disciplines.
