• Experience managing and developing marketing leaders.
• Ability to interpret data, analytics, and social listening to inform strategy.
• Solid understanding of creative production processes (video, art, social content).
• Mobilizing leadership, collaborative mindset, and ease moving between strategic vision and execution.
