Lead a team of Senior Sales and Account Managers to hunt for new business opportunities with key accounts across the professional distribution, wholesale, and OEM channels.
Develop commercial excellence playbooks, and utilize Salesforce to capture opportunities, drive productivity, identify trends, and ensure incremental growth with focused initiatives.
Develop and communicate compelling value propositions that address customer needs and support the successful adoption of new product initiatives across relevant channels and product categories.
Actively negotiate with key accounts driven by price and contractual supply agreements to better partner with the channel and ensure an equitable solution.
Build the bench strength of the sales organization by establishing clear KPIs and performance metrics, conducting regular reviews, and coaching associates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.), or equivalent
Demonstrated success in Sales Leadership with 10+ years of professional experience – including leading global sales teams
Proven experience in manufacturing organizations supporting two-step distribution, wholesale, and retail customers
Ability to define and deploy sales excellence strategies
Availability to travel 50% of the time
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Suite, Power Bi, and SFDC.
