Serve as the technical authority for the interpretation and application of codes and standards governing IEM’s electrical distribution products.
Provide authoritative guidance on compliance pathways.
Support cross-functional teams in translating regulatory requirements into actionable design and certification strategies.
Serve as a primary technical interface with external certification bodies.
Support new product development, product modifications, and continuity of compliant product offerings across IEM’s portfolio.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical or scientific discipline.
3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or product certification within an electrical manufacturing environment.
Direct experience working with UL and/or other NRTLs on product certifications.
Experience supporting engineering or R&D teams on standards-driven design decisions is strongly preferred.
Experience with UL or CSA Field Inspections or Field Evaluations is a plus.
Experience with UL STP’s is a plus.
