About this role

Resolve outstanding AR for clients – task-based work
Ensure accurate entry of information into athenaNet and trading partner applications
Build and maintain expert subject matter knowledge of assigned processes to be a resource for clients and internal stakeholders
Work with key stakeholders (internal and/or external) across geographies to perform tasks and/or claim work
Remove obstacles and work independently to ensure accurate completion of assigned work within specified turnaround times and adhere to established goals
Prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate flexibility & adaptability when business directives change
Ensure attention to detail, accurate documentation and be accountable to equally high-quality standards
Identify workflow inconsistencies to drive better outcomes

Claim revenue cycle experience preferred
Effective communication and business writing skills
Microsoft Office Suite, basic computer skills including proficient typing and navigation
