Independently execute and lead financial due diligence projects in the context of company acquisitions and disposals (buy-side and sell-side)
Lead vendor assistance projects, model business plans and support project management by acting as an interface between clients, internal teams (e.g., M&A) and external stakeholders
Provide responsible reporting to clients and internal decision-makers
Contribute to the development and implementation of transaction strategies
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing communication and advisory services
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field (BSc/MSc), ideally with a focus on finance
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence
Solid knowledge of the transaction environment, including balance sheet analysis and financial modelling
Excellent proficiency with common analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel)
Strong client orientation, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
Fluent German and English (negotiation/business level)
