About this role
Role Overview
Design and manage bespoke travel experiences for our members.
Conduct detailed consultations with high-net-worth members to understand their preferences and expectations.
Create personalized itineraries featuring luxury accommodations, exclusive experiences, and premium transportation.
Leverage strong supplier relationships to secure competitive, high-value solutions.
Provide expert insights on destinations, trends, and new opportunities.
Manage bookings, documentation, and internal records with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure excellence in service throughout the travel lifecycle, professionally resolving any issues that arise.
Proactively promote Ten’s other lifestyle services, including dining, events, and special occasions.
Requirements
Experience in leisure travel consultancy or a similar role.
Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus preferred; Sabre will also be considered).
Advanced English (C1) – excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience creating international or multi-destination itineraries.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
Passion for travel, destinations, and personalized service.
Experience with luxury travel, premium clients, or concierge services (preferred).
Knowledge of European destinations and global tourism trends (preferred).
IATA certification (preferred).
Experience working with luxury DMCs or premium suppliers (preferred).
