Develop high-complexity technical solutions for the Omie system;
Master the software's backend architecture and be able to work within it by analyzing its components, structure, and functionalities;
Ensure the use and application of best practices in test development (manual and automated) and in the development of software requirements;
Identify and validate business and architecture solutions through communication and knowledge sharing with the development team;
Participate in tactical and operational discussions and in defining annual technical goals for the area, conducting feasibility studies and proofs of concept;
Guide, train, and collaborate with the development team to find business, architecture, and design solutions through communication and knowledge dissemination;
Ensure the short
and medium-term goals of the development team are met, and adjust practices, standard procedures, and task prioritization as needed.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or other IT-related fields and Engineering;
Preferred: Knowledge of ERP system functionalities;
Knowledge of system development languages (CoreBuilder, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, C#);
Knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL);
Knowledge of cloud platform services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
Familiarity with source control tools (Git, SVN);
Experience with unit testing;
Understanding of fundamental principles behind scalable applications;
Development following OWASP guidelines (https://owasp.org/);
Experience in customer support or client-facing areas;
Experience working in teams;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Intermediate English;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
