Responsible for preparing, measuring, and evaluating all company-relevant metrics to provide management with strategically sound information about the company’s financial position
Prepare analyses, plans, reports, and decision papers, and take on special assignments
Prepare the budget and monitor the group’s financial performance
Perform controls as part of the internal control system
Provide support for production, sales and investment controlling
Calculate standard costs and perform pre
and post-costing analyses
Continuously develop controlling processes in collaboration with colleagues
Familiarity with all group operations to accurately assess day-to-day business
Requirements
Degree in economics, business administration, or a related field—preferably a Bachelor's—with a specialization in finance or a related subject
Several years of relevant professional experience and solid knowledge in finance
Strong analytical and strategic skills
High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and trustworthiness
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Affinity for operational business as well as proficiency in Excel and ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
