Play a critical role in enabling data‑driven decision making across healthcare operations, clinical quality, finance, and population health initiatives.
Design and deliver scalable analytics solutions that transform complex healthcare data into trusted insights.
Develop healthcare‑optimized data models (claims, encounters, providers, members, patients).
Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and measures.
Ensure data accuracy, auditability, and traceability for regulatory reporting.
Implement data governance standards including metric definitions and lineage.
Optimize SQL queries and BI models for large‑scale healthcare datasets.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure handling of PHI/PII within analytics platforms.
Support CMS, HEDIS, STARs, NCQA, and internal quality reporting needs.
Mentor analysts and BI engineers on healthcare data best practices.

6+ years of Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering experience
3+ years of technical experience in SQL with advanced experience in T-SQL
2+ years of experience in the development of interactive reports using Power BI and Databricks
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data
Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
