Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog for Salesforce Experience Cloud broker portals and Salesforce CRM functionality
Define and prioritize features that support broker onboarding, licensing, contracting, credentialing, and commission visibility
Gather business and user requirements and translate them into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Lead development of broker self-service capabilities, including onboarding workflows, profile management, reporting, case management, and operational requests
Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing digital solutions
Ensure solutions adhere to insurance regulatory, licensing, and compliance standards across all integrations and workflows
Drive enhancements that improve broker experience, efficiency, and platform adoption
Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure product increments deliver measurable value and align with business priorities and compliance requirements
