About this role
Role Overview
Provide Tier 2/3 engineering support for ICE MSP-based lending applications
Partner with ICE, infrastructure, and operations teams to monitor system health, manage releases/patches
Ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with SLAs
Design, develop, and support custom integrations and extensions to ICE MSP using APIs, batch processing, and middleware
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA to deliver enhancements
Perform impact analysis
Ensure changes align with enterprise architecture and lending technology standards
Provide detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms
Propose & design software solutions to address complex business needs
Write code, test and deploy software
Prepare technical and procedural documentation required for software
Maintain and debug software
Requirements
3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Bachelor's degree
