Provide customer service and consultative support; assist field sales consultants with order acquisition, resolve customer inquiries, respond to quotes and handle sales-related matters.
Maintain and update the client portfolio and documentation with commercial details discussed during interactions; perform periodic follow-ups to strengthen relationships and generate new sales.
Work strategically with the commercial team (managers and field consultants) to sell short-dated medicines and damaged products, preventing items from expiring in inventory.
Review and process order-related information for release based on information from portals and departmental documents.
Complete sales following logistics and commercial policies to select the correct store/fulfillment location according to customer type and product taxation, avoiding negative-margin sales.
Perform order checklists to reduce returns.
Facilitate the request and updating of clients' financial documents for credit limit and/or payment-term analysis with the sales administration team.
