Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst / BA / Analytics
- Strong business and process acumen
- Analytical skills and structured reasoning
- Experience with metrics (KPIs, targets, performance)
- Good communication and ability to collaborate with multiple areas
- Ability to interpret dashboards and reports
- Understanding of data flow (source → processing → consumption)
- Basic understanding of integrations and APIs
- Ability to engage with technical teams
