About this role
Role Overview
New customer acquisition (approx. 70%)
Proactively build new customer relationships in the B2B environment
Structured prospecting via cold calling, networks and targeted outreach to relevant decision-makers
Ownership of the full sales cycle — from first contact to contract signature
Independently set meetings and rigorously manage your pipeline
Lead negotiations and consistently close deals
Market development & impact
Position a technically complex product in the market
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Work closely with management and product teams to refine sales strategy and the offering
Customer development & account growth (approx. 30%)
Build your own customer base and develop long-term partnerships
Structured handover of won projects to project management
Diligent maintenance of the CRM system Pipedrive
Actively manage your pipeline and set clear priorities
Provide transparency on progress, deals and forecasts
Requirements
Initial experience in B2B sales (approx. 1–3 years), ideally with technically complex products such as SaaS, infrastructure or technical solutions
Proven ability to close deals independently: you drive conversations through to signature
Enjoy active new customer acquisition and direct customer outreach
Empathetic, authentic presence and the ability to build trust quickly
Structured working style and confident use of CRM systems
Fast grasp of new products and business models
