Reporting to the Product Manager for VITAL & NIDAL, you will assist in the consumer strategy for two brands: one in infant nutrition and the other targeting the 40+ audience as part of a launch.
Support the launch of new nutritional products through packaging development and preparation of sales arguments for the commercial team;
Build the consumer launch plan (TV, online video, influencer);
Organize event activities in collaboration with external communications teams;
Conduct competitive intelligence in France & internationally to adapt messages and reinforce differentiation;
Set up an FAQ to anticipate consumer questions;
Develop the digital ecosystem for the new brand (site localization, article content, expert videos, recipes…);
Manage the packaging design process for a new product in the range;
Monitor and analyze monthly retail (GMS) performance using Nielsen panels;
Perform ad hoc analyses to support innovation and renovation projects;
Create materials and sales arguments for the sales force;
Independently manage CRM actions for the Nidal brand;
Lead renovation projects from artwork production to market launch;
Contribute to consumer communication campaigns for the brand.
Requirements
Master’s degree (BAC+4/5) with a specialization in Marketing and Food Science/Agribusiness;
A first experience in Marketing is desirable;
You have knowledge of marketing and applied food sciences, as well as basic project management skills;
Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Nielsen panels is a real advantage;
You are known for your autonomy, proactivity, team spirit and initiative;
You have demonstrated analytical and synthesis skills based on quantitative data, and a broad interest in nutrition;
