As Employee Relations Manager, you will act as a true co-pilot for our subsidiaries by anticipating their needs and providing tailored, reliable and responsive employment law support aligned with Group policy and strategy.
Advise, co-facilitate and support the preparation and conduct of meetings with employee representative bodies (Group Committee and the representative bodies of entities within your scope) and during negotiations.
Advise on and participate in working groups for cross-functional projects or company-specific initiatives.
Provide employment law advice and assistance to internal Group stakeholders and the Group’s companies on any question relating to the application of statutory and contractual provisions, at both individual and collective levels.
Monitor legal developments and ensure compliance with obligations arising from laws, collective agreements, accords and meetings with employee representative bodies.
Manage individual and collective litigation cases for your internal clients with the support of our panel of external law firms.
Develop and update legal tools/templates/support materials: memoranda, procedures, agreements, templates, presentations, knowledge bases, MOOCs and chatbots for clients in your scope.
Deliver training sessions and coordinate social relations activities.
Requirements
Master’s degree (M2) in labor/employment law or Human Resources
5–8 years’ experience in HR, legal advisory or Employee/Labor Relations in-company or in a law/consulting firm
Diplomatic, meticulous and autonomous
Recognized for your ability to persuade, influence and for being proactive in proposing solutions
Strong service and business orientation
Solid experience in operational management of employee representative bodies (factories, headquarters, sales forces) and in social/labor negotiations
Ability to manage cross-functional projects, anticipate and support change(s)
