Advanced Shopify administration: configuration, theme customization, app integrations, and custom development (Liquid, HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript).
Management of product catalogs, content, and e-commerce back-office systems.
Ownership and maintenance of the company’s other e-commerce sites (6–9 sites) to ensure their performance and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration with marketing and design teams to improve user experience and product visuals.
Monitoring and analysis of e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, average order value) to recommend improvements.
Administration and securing of Google Workspace accounts (user management, access rights, best practices).
Implementation and maintenance of IT security best practices (access management, backups, compliance).
Occasional participation in operational projects related to the business (site launches or redesigns, migrations, technical upgrades).

Technical and creative profile, hands-on and problem-solving oriented.
Minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience, ideally with Shopify.
Comfortable administering digital tools and managing access controls.
Awareness of IT security issues.
Autonomous, rigorous, well-organized, and able to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
Interest in cosmetics and/or Japanese culture is a plus.
