Achieve value market share objectives with all customers in your sector
Promote and enforce the general terms of sale and the Company's commercial policy
Optimize the presence and visibility of our products in all points of sale, in line with national, regional and store agreements, thereby strengthening the Company's brand image with customers
Negotiate and ensure the implementation of promotional displays for our products as a follow-up to our flyers, using all available resources
Optimize resources allocated at sector, regional and national levels (promotions, budgets, cooperation contracts)
Report activity results and information on customers and competitors to the Regional Manager, in accordance with current procedures
Ensure compliance with commercial agreements
Drive growth in sales volume
Propose promotional initiatives
Be responsible for a portfolio of 125 clients in the local food retail circuit within Paris city limits
Requirements
Master's-level education (equivalent to Bac +4/5) in a commercial/business field, ideally with initial field sales experience
Knowledge of the food retail/large-scale grocery sector is a plus
Recognized for strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Autonomy, responsiveness and rigor
Ability to persuade, listen and analyze
