Provide support to marketing and trade users at headquarters: ensure daily assistance to users of marketing and trade tools.
Train and support teams in the use of the tools.
Troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
Participate in project management: contribute to the implementation of new marketing and trade tools.
Coordinate the different project phases (requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment).
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
Monitor and report on project progress, and drive continuous improvement (propose enhancements to optimize existing tools).
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) preferred, ideally with a specialization in Marketing.
Prior experience in Marketing is desirable.
Recognized for your autonomy, proactivity, team spirit and curiosity.
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and ability to take initiative.
