Analyze market, brand and competitive performance (retailer and consumer panels) and provide recommendations for action plans
Monitor and evaluate brand activities (product launches, key communications, major promotions, etc.)
Maintain competitive intelligence
Manage packaging developments across the brand’s product lines with internal teams and external partners
Participate in consumer studies and product/innovation testing
Contribute to the development of innovations and renovations (organize tastings with our culinary workshop, collaborate with R&D centers and factories)
Support commercial/promo teams in developing activations and commercial events
Track merchandising projects
Develop sales arguments and internal communication materials
Support implementation of digital and in‑store communication (influencers, partnerships, promotions, etc.)
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in marketing
A first experience in retail/FMCG and familiarity with panels (Nielsen or Kantar) is a plus
Recognized for your rigor, strong analytical skills, resourcefulness and interest in cooking
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
English level sufficient to read, write and participate in meetings
