About this role
Role Overview
- Support the PPA (Procurement Performance Acceleration) team in executing projects
- Provide support to Nestlé Brazil's Procurement team
- Governance and execution of the Spending Efficiency Tower
- Manage and monitor the official training schedule for the department
- Project governance and support for the virtual assistant SofIA
- Lead the Procurement Communications Committee
- Oversee the full budget for purchase requests related to the department's procurement
- Support management of international visits, innovation events, team-building activities, and quarterly Procurement meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or related fields
- Excellent communication, proactivity, agility, strong organizational skills, and ease with technology
- Intermediate English
- Spanish is a plus
- Full MS Office suite; Advanced Excel
- Intermediate Power BI
- Experience with ERP/SAP, Mercado Eletrônico, and e-Procurement is a plus
- Knowledge of Procurement and process management is a plus
