Manage and supervise a legal team focused on high-volume matters (high-volume litigation and/or administrative cases);
Review defense arguments and ensure technical standardization of legal filings;
Prepare, analyze and present management reports;
Conduct client meetings in English;
Interface with internal departments and clients to define legal strategies;
Monitor deadlines, workflows and quality of deliverables;
Support the preparation of executive presentations and periodic reports in English;
Manage matters using control tools (e.g., Legal Box, spreadsheets, internal systems);
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency gains.

Bachelor's degree in Law with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
Postgraduate degree/MBA in related fields (Civil Procedure, Consumer Law, Legal Management) – desirable;
Fluent English (required for conducting meetings and preparing reports);
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis);
PowerPoint: Intermediate/Advanced (preparing executive presentations);
Analytical and data-driven profile;
Clear and objective communication (especially in English);
Proactivity and ownership mindset;
Leadership and team management skills;
Strategic vision with a results focus;
