Role Overview

Prepare and submit dossiers for civil and labor cases;
Carry out enforcement of judgments and injunctions;
Provide support to the client's internal teams, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information;
Monitor and respond to internal emails and routine communications;
Keep case records and process tracking up to date in legal systems and tracking spreadsheets;
Support partner law firms with ongoing legal matters;

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) without active Bar registration (Required).
Organized: Responsible for handling data for a large volume of cases;
Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to information received and entered into the system;
Proactive: Ability to take initiative to resolve routine issues;
Responsible and committed: Treats tasks with seriousness and reliability;
Ability to handle volume and pressure: Organized and composed under intense workloads;
