Role Overview
- Lead the development of the overall Marketplace Program Strategy
- Work with Enterprise functional areas to align program strategy and goals
- Execute enterprise strategies to improve market/business performance
- Establish relationships with Enterprise functional business leaders
- Develop KPIs and metrics supporting the Marketplace Enterprise strategy
- Evaluate administrative spend and identify cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure performance improvements are implemented
- Accountable for hiring, training, and motivating collaboration
- Develop budget for area of responsibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Master’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience driving performance and process improvements in the health care insurance industry
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership and management experience
- Experience in cross-functional health care insurance operations required
- Experience with Government-regulated health insurance products (Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace) required
