Role Overview
- Provide plant maintenance engineering support for 24x7 manufacturing operations
- Ensure reliable production area operation in compliance with safety, regulatory, and production requirements
- Troubleshoot and identify root-cause mechanical system issues and process related problems
- Serve as a consultant to management within defined areas
- Actively pursue and manage process optimization technology
- Assist in training maintenance, instrumentation, and operations personnel
- Manage cross-functional activities and cooperation with other teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field
- Professional certifications and licenses as appropriate
- 4 to 8 years of experience depending on the engineer level
- Experience in Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Chemical Industry preferred
- Solid technical writing and verbal communication skills.
