About this role
Role Overview
Organize corporate or company events, including poster or banner design, gift preparation and distribution.
Handle the admin department purchase request, monitor approval process to ensure goods are delivered on a timely basis.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock movement.
Ensure inventory system is updated accurately and promptly, and replenish the goods in a timely manner to support the operation.
Prepare presentation slides and provide training when necessary
Handle hotel booking, transportation, and meal arrangements for employees and visitors.
Taking meeting minutes, mass communication through email to employees.
Provide general administrative support to the management team and other departments
Requirements
Three to six years in Admin or Logistic or Shipping Operation or relevant experience
Preferably in a similar or manufacturing industry
College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistic, Supply Chain management or a related field
Basic knowledge in logistic and documentations and compliance with relevant customs laws and regulations would be an added advantage
