Responsible for managing and evolving variable compensation models and commercial incentives, as well as structuring and calculating the commercial team’s annual objectives.
Ensures consistency of criteria, accuracy of results and alignment with the business’s strategic drivers, supporting decision-making and performance direction.
Interacts with multiple areas across the company and participates in executive forums, contributing analyses and recommendations to the business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
Advanced Excel;
Experience in data analysis and building management reports;
Knowledge of commercial and financial performance indicators;
Advantage: experience with programming or automation tools (e.g., Python, KNIME);
