Serve as the Performance Objective Operational Leader: Drive performance excellence by partnering across BI, Product/Tech, Field Operations, and Clinical Strategy to identify performance issues, drive analysis, and coordinate cross-functional solutions that improve outcomes.
Own the end-to-end execution of the Objective Steering Committee (SteerCo) meeting. Work with the CPO to set the strategic agenda, track accountability against KRs, and drive high-stakes decision-making.
Monitor and pressure-test organizational progress toward hitting our numbers, identifying performance gaps before they become critical risks.
Support the Chief Performance Officer by monitoring industry trends and performance standards. Utilize AI tools (Gemini, Claude, LLMs) to synthesize external market data and provide internal context on how Aledade’s operational results compare to the broader Value-Based Care landscape.
Prepare high-level performance briefings, memos, and briefs for the CPO. This requires extreme proficiency in storyboarding, translating complex internal analytics into clear, concise, and narrative-driven executive slide decks for leadership review.
Serve as the central point person for organizing internal performance data into standardized case studies, articles, and evidence-based reports. Must have the "Fast CPU" capacity to process large amounts of info in real-time and document clinical and operational successes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to curate and maintain a library of performance results. Leverage extreme proficiency in spreadsheets, formulas, and algorithms to ensure that internal data is validated, organized, and ready for high-stakes strategic needs.
Represent the CPO in cross-functional forums, demonstrating the ability to present to executive audiences with confidence, clarity, and the ability to think two steps ahead.
Requirements
MBA or equivalent required
8+ years of relevant experience
3-5 years of experience at an MBB or Big 4 management consulting firm
2+ years in fund research, equity analysis, or investment banking
AI-First Mindset: Consistently leveraging multiple AI tools and LLMs to produce outputs, pushing the boundaries to make work more effective.
Data Mastery: High proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) to master analyses; high-level of comfort with complex formulas and features.
Exceptional Communication: Visible and strong communication skills across multiple audiences and communication types. Should be able to draft memos, slide decks, and other resources across the company.
